ASHLEY VALLEY WATER & SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given, an election will be held in the Ashley Valley Water & Sewer Improvement District on November 4, 2025, for the purpose of electing two (2) trustees for the District Board. The seats open for re-election are currently held by Boyd Workman, and Brownie Tomlinson. The terms are for four (4) years beginning on January 1, 2026. Candidacy must be filed with District Clerk Nora Garcia at the district office, located at 609 West Main Street in Vernal. This can be filed during regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The filing date is June 2-9, 2025. The candidate’s qualifications at the time of filing must be a U.S. citizen, be a registered voter and be a resident of the district.
