David Hatch, board trustee, brings several decades of experience to the AVWSID board. He has worked for Vernal City as a water treatment plant operator and eventually district manager for the Vernal Municipal Water System. David then served as District Manager for AVWSID until his retirement. After building connections and gaining a deep understanding of water in the basin, David felt it was important to support the community as an AVWSID board member. His knowledge of AVWSID's service area and the region are an asset for the board.
