Community Portal

Ashley Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District is excited to launch its new Community Portal.  This portal is a link to a dashboard with a wealth of water usage information.  Some examples of information you will find immeditately include billing and usage history, rates, frequently asked questions, and water usage analytics.  

As the district continues to change out water meters to newer technology, you will be able to track water usage daily, with leak detection technology, and hourly analytics.

About the Community Portal

 The Portal is a free online service for customers of Ashley Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District.  It gives you access to your account so you can view and pay your bill, view current and historical usages, get answers to rates and other frequently asked questions, and more.

The portal is provided as a convenience.  You may continue to pay by mail, by phone, or in person if you prefer.

 

How sign-in works

The portal uses a passwordless sign-in.  There is no username or password to set up--your phone number and email address are your secure sign-in.

1.  Go to the portal sign-in page and enter the phone number or email address that's on file for your water account.

2.  Within a few seconds, you will receive a secure link by text message or email.

3.  Tap or click the link to sign-in.        

• Usage: The link is valid for 15 days and allows unlimited uses within that timeframe.
• Security & Expiration: For data privacy and safety, the link expires after 15 days.
• Renewal: Once expired, users can easily gain access again by re-entering their phone number or email address, just as they did initially.

If the phone number or email you enter doesn't match what we have on file, you'll see a message letting you know.  In that case, please update your contact information HERE, or by calling the office at 435-789-9400, so we can verify your identiy.
