On June 4th, 2025, the District Board of Trustees held a special public rate hearing at 6 p.m. During that meeting the board and attendees listened to a presentation discussing water rights, drought conditions, water conservation needs, and two new Water Conservation Rate schedules.  The rate implementation is based on verifiable triggers, and those triggers determine which rate is charged.  The current drought conditions have already triggered Water Conservation Rate 2.  Please refer to that rate when estimating your new billings.

This new rate will apply to your June usage and be active throughout the summer.

The information that was provided during the meeting can be found below, as well as sample billings based on varous usage examples.  Additionally you can use the tool below to calculate your anticpated bill.  (Tool only shows Residential and Commerical standard rates.)
